The Hera Bostanca Otel

We spent five nights here. The rooms are new, clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, but getting to them means walking through long, tight corridors. The area is clean and not crowded, and there’s a metro station nearby, though there’s nothing to see in the immediate neighborhood. There’s also a mosque close by, and the speaker can be loud. They don’t clean the room during your stay, which was annoying, and only replenish things like soap and shampoo. With no breakfast, ordinary service, and a location far from the city center, I found the price high.

The staff were very friendly, and having the elevator down to M4 metro just a one-minute walk away was really practical for our trip. There are also shops nearby for food and drinks. The beds could have been cleaner, and the Wi-Fi in our room was unfortunately poor. Otherwise, it was all right. Four out of five.

The staff are warm and welcoming, and the hotel is new, tidy, clean, and beautiful. Our room was large, too. It’s in a great spot with very easy access to the subway. I think it’s great and will definitely stay here again.

There’s no breakfast, despite what I consider false advertising, and the staff are so unfriendly they won’t even book a taxi for you. My room wasn’t cleaned, the towels and bedding were dirty, and toilet rolls weren’t restocked regularly. I’m convinced the positive reviews below are false. This was the worst £400 I’ve ever spent. Don’t stay here. Total waste of money.
