The Balyon Suite had such a romantic view, and the hotel is in a lively area with everything you need right across from it. I spent four lovely nights in this peaceful, calm hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and honestly, I didn’t run into any issues. Try their delicious Turkey breakfast.

Special thanks to Kerem for the kindness and excellent service. The lounge staff were welcoming and helpful, and housekeeping did a great job. The hotel is lovely, and the staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

The staff were very nice, and we had a wonderful stay. The renovation was thoughtfully done. Just keep in mind that you’re staying right in the middle of things, and you’re part of the activity day and night. We’d be happy to return.

The service was good, but the stay was disappointing and not worth the high price. We paid a lot for a small Bosphorus view room without breakfast. Loud music from a nearby club continued past 12:30 AM, making it hard to sleep with a baby. Traffic rules meant our driver couldn't even stop at the hotel entrance. For the same amount, you can get a much better 5-star experience elsewhere. We won't stay again.
