The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel was spotless. It’s very close to the airport, which made things convenient. I had a fantastic, stress-free stay and highly recommend it for comfort and convenience.

Shops and restaurants are close by, which made things easy during my three-day stay for dental treatment. The hotel was clean and tidy, almost like new when I visited in 2024, and the staff were helpful. Great location, really sums it up.

Very nice place, right next to SW Airport.

I had a reservation but still ended up having to get a room at the last minute. There was no professionalism. The room had an old sheet, a broken toilet seat, no shower head, no hangers and no TV remote. They treated obvious problems as if they didn't matter. There’s no respect for customers here, and I can't see why anyone with self-respect would visit.

The room was cold because the heater didn’t work, and there was no comfort or quality. I came expecting what the reviews led me to believe, so I don’t understand the high ratings. If all you need is a bed, a toilet and a TV, then it may be fine.
