Mrs. Meral and Mr. Mehmet did such a careful job with the housekeeping. My room was cleaned with attention to every detail, and they were always kind and helpful when I needed towels or anything else. Their professionalism and care really stood out. I’m still here until Friday the 20th, and so far the service has been very good in every way. It’s been an amazing stay, and I’d happily return.

Being close to Mall of Istanbul made our stay convenient, and the hotel was clean and worked well for families. Ayse, Nurcan, and Zent from housekeeping were especially helpful and professional, with great attention to detail. Thanks as well to all the reception staff for their kindness and support. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it.

The room stayed dirty the whole time, even though I asked every day for proper cleaning. They just said “okay” and did nothing. The rooms were also not the same as the ones booked. Reception was especially rude and unprofessional, and the staff had no manners. A terrible experience, I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel.
