Titanic City Taksim

That birthday surprise cake in my room was such a thoughtful touch, and I really appreciated the birthday wishes. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, with excellent service. We had a lovely time at the hotel in Istanbul and would happily come back.

The children especially loved the pool, and the swimming pool and spa were clean and well maintained. Breakfast had lots of options each morning and was well organized. Our whole hotel was comfortable and very clean, and the location was perfect for our family stay at Titanic City Taksim. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Fadime from housekeeping, our room was consistently clean and the towels smelled fresh every day. We really appreciated the hospitality and would stay here again.

The location worked well, and my room was clean. I booked the largest suite and it was decent, but some rooms I saw were barely bigger than the bed, so check the room size before booking. The view wasn’t much either. From the 8th floor, mine faced rundown buildings. The service was the worst part. In more than 30 hotels I’ve stayed in, I haven’t met staff this rude, especially at breakfast. They acted like serving guests was a favor and openly joked or commented about customers in Turkish, apparently assuming guests wouldn’t understand. Breakfast gets 1/10, and the coffee shop 2/10. Checkout was another mess. We waited nearly 20 minutes while they inspected the room, which made us feel like criminals. They also asked for a cash deposit, which felt unnecessary and outdated. My ratings: staff 0/10, location 8/10, room cleanliness 7/10, total 4/10.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the room had everything we needed and felt very pleasant. The bathroom was modern and luxurious. Big thanks to our cleaning lady Sucran, she was polite and kept the room so clean throughout our stay at the titanic city.
