The beds were clean, which was about the only bright spot. The walls are so thin that we could hear other guests' conversations as if they were in our room. For what I paid, I could have stayed somewhere cheaper with proper four or five star service. The place looks badly maintained. Wires were hanging from the ceiling, and the bathroom sink leaked so badly that the floor got soaked. There was no room service, and when we said the Wi-Fi was practically unusable, staff blamed our corner room because the signal supposedly didn't reach it. They didn't seem interested in sorting out the problems. Don't trust the five star label online. At most, this feels like a two or three star property, and even that seems generous. VIP Inn Hotel is misrepresenting what it offers. Save your money and stay somewhere else for better service, facilities, and comfort at a lower price.

The service from the staff was great, and I'd certainly come back. My room was kept immaculate every day, and the receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful.

They'll give you free water and coffee whenever you need it. The facility was exceptionally clean, and the staff were professional, understanding, and really helpful.

I spent ten nights here. The rooms were spacious and clean, it was quiet, and the staff were lovely. The restaurant wasn't open yet, though.
