The woman who greeted us at the entrance was the only person I saw who helped us. We found the rooms very dirty, with construction marks all over and careless workmanship. In the jacuzzi rooms, the tub was right in the middle, which felt really odd to me. There weren't even foot towels. We had contacted them after seeing the place on Instagram, but the complimentary items didn't match what had been advertised.

The whole stay was a disaster. There were cockroaches, traffic sounds came straight into the room, and the windows wouldn't shut properly. Noise from above and both sides made it a nightmare. The air conditioner looked like an ancient artifact from Gobeklitepe and didn't work, and the TV was broken too. The rooms were disgusting and cramped. They called it a double room, but two people could barely fit, and the duvet was only big enough for one. In the bathroom, the water took ten minutes to warm up, and they put the shampoo in a cardboard cup. Honestly, you'd be better off sleeping in a mosque courtyard tomorrow.
