Wyndham Grand Levent Istanbul Hotel & Conference Center

Bugra at reception made our arrival much easier by arranging an early check-in after our long journey. We were travelling as a family with specific room arrangements, and he handled everything efficiently from the start. He stayed courteous and attentive throughout, always ready to help. His kindness and professionalism made a real difference to our comfortable stay. I’d recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere and service, and I look forward to coming back.

The room was comfortable and well kept, breakfast was exceptional, and the spa facilities were fantastic. The housekeeping woman who helped us was also kind and professional, one of the few genuinely positive interactions we had. Many parts of the hotel meet 5-star standards, which makes the problems with management all the more frustrating. The cash deposit process for room service and bar spending felt outdated and poorly run. Deposits start around 100 EUR/USD, and we were repeatedly asked for more once we reached the limit. We left about 400 CHF in cash deposits. At checkout, instead of taking the final bill from the money they already held, my partner had to pay separately. The cash envelopes only came back after several reminders and unnecessary waiting. We also left a personal item in the room by accident. The hotel said it wouldn’t arrange shipment, so we had to organize an international courier ourselves from abroad. That level of after-stay support is hard to understand for a Wyndham property. The restaurant didn’t justify its prices either. The food was average and the wine excessively expensive. The hotel has real potential and excellent facilities, but reception management and customer support significantly damaged the experience.

Ozcan and Bugra at check-in and checkout were extremely polite, and I enjoyed talking with them. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel had a real sense of luxury. Breakfast was amazing, with literally more than 100 items. I’ll definitely stay here again.

I’ll be back on the 15th. This hotel has never let me down, and it’s convenient for both work and downtime, with the business area and malls nearby. The rooms are excellent and the staff are lovely. A front desk employee helped me change a booking on May 11 despite the hotel being busy. Then, when I checked out on the 13th, Yaren was very kind and helped sort out the complicated invoices.
