The rooms were good for the price, and the owners were really friendly, so I did like the hotel. But on my last day I found a bed bug that had obviously just fed on me. When I killed it, it burst with blood.

The owner, I assume, was very friendly and spoke English well, and the hotel is near or in the city center. But I wouldn’t stay again unless you’re the sort of person who doesn’t care, or has had 20 beers. The place smelled awful. The beds and sheets were old and dirty, the air conditioning didn’t work, and there was no mosquito net, so we had to keep the windows open. There were cockroaches, and it was very noisy. I didn’t sleep. I sat in a chair all night waiting for a real hotel room, not a dirty homeless shelter. They should pay me to stay there again. No words. Stay away. I’d rather sleep on a park bench.

The owners were friendly, and the stay felt cozy and very calm. The location is nice, about a 10-minute walk to the ferry, and it’s good value for the money. I highly recommend it.

I stayed for a month and really enjoyed it. Everyone was friendly and nice, there was no racism, and all the rooms were very clean. The hotel is really comfortable.
