Selen was understanding, professional, kind, and respectful, and she replied quickly to my inquiry. She found creative ways to help me with it and showed strong problem-solving skills. Her service says a lot about the hotel’s quality. Excellent customer service!

Very comfortable stay and everything was clean. The staff and service were good, and there are lots of shops, the beach, and some attractions nearby.

4/10
The employees were nice enough, and the location was the one good thing. The place was very, very dirty, with rooms that looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years. For an airb&b, there wasn’t much there, just an old, dirty hotel room without amenities. The rooms also had a very strong smell of smoke.

4/10
The room smelled bad and didn’t feel clean. There weren’t any decent blankets, just a strange, holey one that felt like a towel.

The staff were extremely helpful, and getting around was easy with food and transportation close by. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. It’s a really good place to stay.
