The breakfast deserves a mention on its own: the salads and pizza were delicious, the Bemonti came ice cold, and the pool was just right for sunbathing. Ariel Hotel Alaçatı is also only minutes from restaurants, bars and gift bazaars, so getting around is easy. The comfort, food and hospitality were among the best we found in Alaçatı, and in most of Turkiye too. What really made the stay was how the team handled problems. In ten years and around 30 hotels, Ariel was the first to turn things that went wrong into a better experience and make a compulsive complainer like me into a fan. Cihan bey and his crew were always ready to help, whether it was a curtain that wasn't working or the wifi speed, and they dealt with every request quickly and with a smile. If you're after an oasis in picturesque Alaçatı, choose Ariel. Stay there, and let me know if you liked it.

We come back to this hotel whenever we visit Alacati. It's close to everything and central, but still quiet at night. The staff are incredibly kind, and I always feel safe and at home here. Baran bey in particular makes sure our stay is pleasant and helps make the visit better. I've recommended it to all my friends, and they're at least as happy with it as I am.

The people running this place give such lovely service, and the food is delicious. Add clean rooms, a great pool and a spot right in the heart of Alaçatı, and it's easy to recommend.

I slept really well here, the rooms are comfortable and I especially liked the bed and pillows. Breakfast was very good too. Cihan, Baran, enver and remziye were all amazing and helpful, and the location is great. You should check this place out.
