The staff made us feel really welcome. Everyone was kind and helpful throughout, and their professionalism made us feel comfortable and appreciated. The hotel is in a quiet, pleasant area that's still close to everything, which worked well for exploring the city. We had a wonderful stay at Canopy by Hilton in Izmir and would happily return. Our room was beautifully decorated, with an amazing view over Izmir. The gym was nice too, and we enjoyed keeping up with our daily routine there. As someone born and raised in Izmir but now living abroad, I have to mention the Turkish breakfast: 10/10. The comfort, atmosphere, and location made this a great stay. Highly recommend it.

The one letdown was breakfast. It didn't meet the standard I'd expect from a hotel at this level, and I wasn't happy with the attitude of some breakfast staff. Aside from that, I had a lovely, comfortable stay and would still recommend the hotel. Canopy by Hilton Izmir Bomonti is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. My room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and I especially liked the large balcony. The staff were welcoming and kind. Mahmoud Bey at the entrance was especially sweet and helpful, while the reception team were caring and professional. The manager also seemed genuinely considerate and attentive to guests.

The architecture is impressive and leaves you admiring it. The team did a wonderful job making the stay peaceful and enjoyable. Mr. Sinan, Ms. Zeynep from the front office, and Mr. Can from the bellboy team were very helpful with both the hotel and the city. At breakfast, Mr. Muhammet and Mr. Berke were attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptionally good too.
