The apartment was a 1+0 (one bedroom + 1 living room), but it didn’t feel small, and the TV was impressively large. The air conditioner blew a bit cold, and we couldn’t adjust it. Apart from that, we were pleased with the service and plan to make this our regular place. My fiancé and I stayed a few days ago and checked in at night. The phone service and the smiling gentleman at reception helped us forget the unpleasant trip there. I was really happy with his care. I think his name was Ahmet. He kept saying, “If it’s night, let’s check in at night,” which had me laughing so hard. It’s a very well-run place, congratulations!

I stayed at Damla Residence Hotel when a friend came to visit, and we had a good time there. The TV, hot water, and internet all worked. It’s about 10 minutes from Buca Hasanağa Park, and I’d recommend it.

I’m very particular about cleanliness, and the rooms were spotless. The owner is friendly and welcoming. We’d planned on one night but stayed for three because it was so comfortable. This is my go-to place when I’m in Izmir.

We were happy with the service and found the rooms clean. When we had a problem, the gentlemen there paid attention and helped us instead of brushing it off.

The room was absolutely filthy, and the bidet didn’t work. We reported it, but nobody fixed it. They even brought up the cleaning charge before we’d checked in. I really don’t trust the reviews. :)
