After checkout, with an evening flight ahead, we asked to sit downstairs while we waited and were told we couldn't stay there. I was sick, so we ended up going to Starbucks to wait. During our stay the room smelled bad, and water, including some disgusting yellow water, leaked from the bathroom ceiling the whole time. We told the staff several times, but they did nothing. It was basically impossible to use the bathroom. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

It's a good hotel for visiting Izmir city, with some of the most beautiful places nearby. I also want to thank Mr.Jamel and Mrs.Ozlam for treating us so kindly 🥰

The rooms are clean and nice, and the service is so good I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Honestly, the price could be a little higher.

We had the worst experience here. While we were checking the room before our stay, the elevator wall fell on us. The owner then asked us for money aggressively, and we had to ask the police for help.
