The Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room or the lobby, despite staff saying it did. The staff told me the air conditioning worked, but its remote had to be shared with another room. At 4 am a complete stranger knocked on my door asking for the remote, which was terrifying. The room had no water bottle, the fridge was half broken, the bathroom shampoos were half used, and there was no toilet paper. When I asked for some, they brought a dirty, half used one. The sheets were dirty too, and I doubt they’re washed regularly. There were dead cockroaches in the filthy bathroom, no toilet seat, and I spotted a spider on the bed as soon as I walked in. The rooms were very dirty. This place is a mess with serious health hazards, and I’m surprised it hasn’t been shut down. Stay away from this horror hotel!

I spent a week here in March, and it was the worst experience of my 57 years. The website lists amenities that simply aren’t there. Wallpaper was peeling, the TV didn’t work, there was no kettle, and the fridge or minibar had mould. The beds were two singles pushed together. One was broken in the middle, and the other had only three legs. I asked for a fresh towel for three days. You only get one, and in the end I had to take it myself from the "cleaner's" trolley. This place isn’t fit for people to stay in. Please avoid it.

The staff were polite, but the room was still dirty, with none of the usual basics like shampoo, so I had to buy my own. The hotel felt like an abandoned building, with peeling walls and room cards stapled together. It looks like they may be starting to sort things out, but for now I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

It’s cheap and in a central area, and fine if you don’t care much about quality. My advice is not to book the room without breakfast.

There’s no option for zero stars. This place doesn’t feel suitable for international guests, and they don’t seem to know what they’re doing in this building.
