The service was good, especially at reception, and staff were happy to help with whatever we asked. Still, the bathroom tiling and plumbing seemed poorly maintained, or perhaps the original construction was lacking, and didn’t meet what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The area outside could use more lighting at night, and the front of the hotel was particularly dark.

We had two rooms, one with three single beds for the kids and another with two singles for the adults. They were a decent size and clean and tidy overall. The centrally controlled AC felt a little too warm for us, and the shower grout needed some attention.

We had a two-day trip from Chios, and the rooms were really comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of all the landmarks and sights. Breakfast was excellent, with lots to choose from, though dinner was only okay and didn’t quite suit what we wanted. We’d suggest adding chicken a la crème kebab. The hotel cost was included in the travel bundle, so I’m not sure what the nightly rate was.

Our flight was cancelled, so we ended up here arriving in the middle of the night. The staff were excellent and ready for us. The room was basic but spacious enough and had everything I needed. Breakfast was a good, nicely presented standard Turkish spread. The only downside was that our replacement flight got delayed again.
