4/10
The room was spacious, and the three people at reception were helpful and cheerful. But cleanliness was a real problem: the sheets weren't clean, there was hair clumped in the shower, a stained toilet seat, and a light hanging from the ceiling. Breakfast tasted cheap and bland. I only stayed one night in room 1201 because it was the closest place I could find to the car park and I was too exhausted to keep looking. A run-down hotel wouldn't bother me, but this was too much. It could be a nice place if maintenance improved a lot. I wouldn't recommend it.

The location was good and the room was okay, but the electricity in our room didn't work properly. The Wi-Fi was so bad I couldn't even send my father a WhatsApp message.

The rooms weren't clean, there was no Wi-Fi, and the food and service were poor. Staff also had limited English. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is really good. Rooms are basic, and friendliness varied from one staff member to another.

A nice three-star hotel in a good location. The rooms are on the small side.
