Zeniva Hotel

The room was clean, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. There are lots of restaurants and lovely places to visit nearby, and the location was good. I stayed for five nights and would definitely return. The staff at Zeniva hotel were so lovely and accommodating, and made my stay very comfortable. Thank you!

The staff are so friendly and helpful, with a real heart for their customers. I haven't experienced that kind of warmth elsewhere, especially from mr. Bora. I'd recommend staying here!

The breakfast was the main letdown. The selection was very limited and ordinary, barely acceptable for a hotel at this level. When I came down, the bread and bagels had run out, and there wasn't any good coffee. There was very little else I could eat. Even though the room was full and a few guests had only just arrived for breakfast, they cleared it right at the scheduled end time. The breakfast food and service need some improvement. My room itself was very small, and faced a car park and the back sides of apartment buildings. Soundproofing was neither very poor nor very good. Still, cleanliness and staff service were fine, and I had a good stay overall. The location is excellent, and the balance between location and price is why I chose the hotel.

I liked the central spot in Izmir, with shops, restaurants, and the waterfront all within walking distance. The staff were warm, professional, and happy to help, and the hotel had a peaceful, welcoming feel. My room was modern, comfortable, clean, and had what I needed. The walls were a bit thin, so I sometimes heard noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, though it didn't affect my stay much. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty choices, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I had a really pleasant stay and would gladly come back.
