The restaurant made the stay feel like a three-star experience. Its view was lovely, breakfast was a good serpme spread, and the service was excellent and quick. I did have to wait for the tea refill, but that gave me time to write this review 🙂 The hotel sits near the far end of Isnik Lake in the picturesque, history-filled town of İznik. There are plenty of parking spaces, a small garden and a pool I didn’t try, plus paths outside for walking or exercise. The room was another story, and not good enough for the price. The bed was okay but lower than hotel standard, the air conditioning worked properly, and the shower pressure was good. It took a while for the water to reach temperature, and the spray was uneven. The carpet was dirty and badly needs replacing. Towels were almost okay. The room quality was a two, fine for an overnight stay but not much more.

We were a group of 12 and stayed one night. The rooms were clean, the pool was nice, and the staff were very kind. The only difficulty was that hardly anyone spoke much English. They prepared a lovely dinner and a traditional Turkish breakfast for us under the olive trees, with a view over the lake. Floria, an Avventure nel Mondo tour leader.

There’s a serious sound insulation problem here. Guests can be noisy, and the staff can’t do anything to stop it. Rude guests can ruin your vacation in Iznik. Keep expectations low, the hotel isn’t as good as its price suggests.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel is right by the beach. I liked the breakfast, though I didn't try the evening meal. Getting to the city center takes more than a walk, so you may need a car.

It’s a very quiet hotel with no noise, and the location is excellent. Our room was spacious, clean, and in good condition; the hotel overall was very clean too. The pool was nice, and there are good family rooms. Breakfast was good, and the price felt reasonable.
