Wyndham Garden Cambasi

We stayed for 2 nights and never had a single worry. The staff were amazing, always ready to help and doing their work with love, without excuses or making it feel like they were just doing a job. They were honest and trustworthy, and didn't ask us to pay upfront. They love kids too, and my newly born son was extremely happy with them.

The location is a bit complicated, but the view and fresh air make it worth the trouble. The whole staff were really friendly and helpful, and dinner was delicious.

The ski room staff were professional and very helpful, and you can head straight from the room down to the slopes. You can also ski back to the ski room and the hotel bar, with a unique view of Çambaşı. Just watch out for guests walking or sledding on that route. The slopes were very nice, the ski room was spotless, and the chef deserves a big thank you for the wonderful food, presentation, and flavor. The Sakarca stew was amazing 🥰. We came for a weekend getaway after staying at other resorts in Çambaşı, and this hotel, which opened last year, gave us a completely different level of comfort. The staff were incredibly attentive. Thanks to Mr. Alican for all his care. Reception and service staff were all clean, attentive, and friendly. They don't treat you like a source of money or someone to fleece. The new hotel has a few small shortcomings, but they didn't bother us. The ski center has a few of its own: day tours and people taking the chairlift up the mountain can mean a bit of a queue. The chairlift is new and closed. There are new slopes and cafeterias. We hope for more snow and further investment. Endless thanks to the hotel.

The room was clean, the food was really delicious, and the slopes were very nice. Beyond those things, this was the first hotel where we didn't enjoy ourselves this much. We stayed 2 nights and 3 days, and the experience fell far short of what we'd expected. The service didn't match the price. At reception, they just handed us room cards without explaining how to find the exit or giving any information. We had to ask for staff help. There was no information card in the room, and no details about meal times or pool and Turkish bath hours. The receptionist said those hours were on a sign in the elevator and that we should check there. The pool, Turkish bath, and sauna are mixed-gender, but they refused to tell us that. The pool wasn't warm, and a staff member said we should use the sauna to warm up afterward. We booked half-board so we could eat comfortably in the evenings, but on weekdays they didn't open the buffet because there weren't enough customers. Instead, they said we'd get one main course to choose from, brought to our table. It felt humiliating for the money we paid. During meals, people repeatedly came to ask our room number, as if they were taking attendance. Drinks cost four times what they do outside. Everything consumed in the lobby is charged, but they don't tell you unless you ask. We won't be coming back.
