Kadriye Sarp Otel

I booked Sarp Otel at short notice for a couple of days in the area, since many of the bigger hotels were full with demand high, and its location suited my plans. The reviews helped me decide. It’s a basic hotel with the facilities and service you’d expect for its category and price, but the kind, helpful, capable staff made my stay very satisfactory. My one sincere piece of advice is to pay more attention to room cleaning and the condition of the linen and towels. Thanks to everyone I dealt with, especially Ms. Baiza and Mr. Nour Allah, apologies if I’ve misspelled the names, for their strong communication skills and ability to handle anything with a smile.

The location worked really well, with shops and bars just a short walk away, and I had a relaxing holiday here with my mum. Everyone on the staff smiled and greeted us. Reception were polite and helpful when we arrived, showed us to our rooms, and gave us bottled water. Our room was tidy, very clean, and had all the essentials. It was cleaned to a high standard daily, with fresh towels each day. The chef was friendly and always said hello, and both the day and night bar staff were lovely and happy to help. We really enjoyed our time and would recommend the hotel. Five stars, and thank you all for a fantastic stay.

Over my two-day stay, the employees were disrespectful. We asked for the Wi-Fi password and got no response. For the price, the quality was just standard, and the mattress was very hard. When we paid, they charged us more than the stated amount.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, which really impressed us. It’s a cosy hotel that works well for our little family, and Land of Legends, along with local restaurants and shops, is within walking distance. We’d definitely like to return.
