The hosts were so thoughtful and polite, especially Miss Julia and her husband, who looked after us really well. We also had the pool entirely to ourselves, with no disturbance from anyone nearby. Inside, the villa felt cozy and looked lovely, with tasteful furnishings and clean, new appliances and bathroom fixtures.

Özer Bey and his family shared helpful ideas for beaches and places to visit around Kaş-Kalkan, and were welcoming throughout. I spent 12 days at Ada Apart and found it well set up with the basic things guests need. It’s close to the sea but was quiet, and being near Kalkan Otogar made it easy to reach nearby beaches without a car. The pool in front of the apartment was clean and looked after daily. I felt safe during my stay. Thanks to the family for their hospitality.

We only expected to stop for 3-4 days on the way to Kaş, but ended up staying longer. Kalkan’s beautiful sea, all the nearby places to explore, and the host’s friendly manner made us want to extend our stay. The newly opened apartment was spotless, comfortable, and practical, and the pool was lovely too. Mr. Özer was understanding and a very good host. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

It’s about a 15-minute walk to the sea, and the house has a lovely outdoor seating area with lighting. The garden gate locks, and the owners’ sweet dog stays in the garden, which made it feel safe at night. Inside, there’s air conditioning, a dishwasher, washing machine, and iron. The pool was spotless and regularly maintained. The house was clean and spacious, the hosts were wonderful, and they sorted out small problems quickly. We were very happy with our stay.

We found the central location of Ada Apart in Kalkan, Antalya really convenient, with everything within walking distance. Mr. Özer and his family gave us a warm welcome and were helpful throughout. I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Kalkan.
