Kelebek Apartments

The kitchen had everything we needed, and the rooms were clean and peaceful. We stayed at Kelebek Apartments for two nights and had a really nice time. We'd happily come back.

There was plenty of room and the layout worked well. The apartment was very clean, with a lovely view and a great location. It was nice having a pool too.

Close to town and nice enough, though it could use more attention to detail.

We'd booked three months ahead for three families, each with two adults and two children. We were told rooms 101-102 and the one above would be allocated in the same way. Once we arrived, though, we were assigned rooms 101-102 and 203. My children are a 15-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy, so room 203 was given to me. It was a two-level duplex. The downstairs had air conditioning, but upstairs there was just a bed and balcony under the roof, not really a proper room. There was no air conditioning, fan or anything else up there. When I called the other Kelebek Hotel, Mr. Edip, who answered and owns the hotel, asked if we could find a fan. His reply was disrespectful: that the room was for three people, there were two plus two bedrooms downstairs, and we shouldn't stay if we didn't like it. I tried to ask why there was a bed upstairs, but he said they had no fan and hung up. We'd travelled 1000 km and couldn't turn around, so we had to put up with it. I bought a fan at a shop myself, and my son spent five days in that hellish room. All I wanted was a fan, and we didn't even get an apology, just disrespect. They also insist on cash payment, saying it's because of tax. I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. The management is terrible and they act as if you're staying for free.
