We were three couples staying during the first week of September. The villa was short on basic things like cooking utensils, towels, and toilet paper, which made our stay difficult. Mr. Muhammet was very kind at first, but near the end he started making threats, saying he’d take money from our deposit if we left any rubbish and telling us not to fall out. We couldn’t understand the attitude, especially since we’d even had him over unannounced in the middle of the night. For this price, the experience was disappointing. I don’t recommend it.

Although the villa was reasonably clean, the pool was cleaned only every other day despite the pandemic. Several amenities we were told were included, like the jacuzzi, weren’t there. The owner also turned up whenever they wanted without warning, and we weren’t happy with that. We definitely wouldn’t come back.

The view was nice, and the kitchen, rooms, and pool all worked fine. But the plumbing caused problems. The jacuzzi in the downstairs bathroom didn’t work, and the one on the terrace wouldn’t fill and leaked. The walkway was in rough shape, and although a sink had been put downstairs, you couldn’t get to it. I stayed for 9 days in June 2022, and wouldn’t choose the place again.

A friendly owner and a really clean, nice villa for families. Having a bathroom and toilet in every room is handy. The terrace jacuzzi is enjoyable, and there’s a steady breeze on the balcony and terrace at night.

The house has a good sized pool for adults as well as a separate one for children, plus fast internet and IP TV with channels from all over the world. The location is excellent and the view is beautiful. Mr. Muhammet, the owner, is kind and helpful, and easy to reach whenever you need him.
