MY SON'S ARM GOT TRAPPED IN AN OPEN VACUUM INLET IN THE POOL. IT HADN'T BEEN FIXED, IT WAS FORGOTTEN! This was gross negligence and created a life-threatening situation. My two-year-old was with me, but the suction pulled him under halfway and I couldn't get him out. We went to the doctor for three days to check whether he'd lost any sensation. They put a 20-year-old in front of us as the person responsible. Families with children should never choose this house. The children's pool exits also seem designed so children could fall in. I have all the photos and messages with the villa owner. I want this negligence punished as soon as possible.

My two-year-old son's arm got stuck in the pool vacuum vent because the plug hadn't been installed. It was forgotten, a huge negligence that put his life at risk. He was submerged halfway even though I was right there, and the suction kept me from pulling him up. At the doctor, we learned that if we'd been five seconds later, his arm could have suffered very serious damage. Children's lives shouldn't be put at risk by such a simple mistake. This is not a house families with children should choose. I’m reporting my complaint to CIMER (Turkish Presidential Complaint Center) and other institutions, and want the negligence punished as soon as possible. The children's pool exits also look designed so kids could fall out. I have all the incident photos and correspondence with the villa owner.

I absolutely don’t recommend it. There’s no security at all.
