Villa Şelale 1

The area is beautiful and the landlord is friendly, but I can’t make sense of the recent reviews. When I stayed from September 14th to 21st, 2025, the villa was in very poor shape and completely run-down. Everything else, in my view, wasn’t even worth one star.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was so good I had to say something. The villa and its wonderful view were a delight, and the materials seemed carefully chosen. Everything was clean, the scenery was unparalleled, and Ms. Ganime had thought of even the smallest detail. Her friendly service and the facility made for an unforgettable holiday. I’d give it 10 stars if I could, and I want to thank her.

The rooms are an ideal size, and there’s enough space for a big group of friends to stay comfortably. Hygiene and all the necessary amenities were taken care of. Having morning coffee while looking out at the deep blue sea was unforgettable. The owners were friendly and solution-oriented, and I’d like to thank them again. See you next year. Be sure to check this villa’s availability before coming to Kalkan.

We loved having nature all around while still being close to everything, and the views were stunning. Our hostess, Ms. Zeynep, was so hospitable, and we’d like to thank her. Villa Şelale 1 will definitely be our only destination every year.
