The rooms were clean and came with a tea maker, and the food was delicious. It was a very satisfying stay. Smoking isn’t allowed inside the rooms.

8/10
The lobby was pleasant, and the whole hotel was neat and clean. We stayed here with our tour group while traveling by bus, and had a really nice visit. The staff were polite and helpful. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Safranbolu or Karabük.

2/10
The service toward foreigners was bad, and the staff behaved poorly. I wouldn’t recommend it.

4/10
The room was spacious, clean, and airy, and the location was nice. We stayed for two days over the holiday, but breakfast was a letdown: there wasn’t much choice, and hygiene seemed neglected. The dining hall atmosphere also felt completely unsuitable for the hotel. We went down expecting à la carte dinner, only to find it was buffet service, with little variety and poor organization.

10/10
The food at breakfast tasted good, though there wasn’t much variety. A wider selection could really lift the service. We left very satisfied, especially with the hotel’s location and cleanliness, and the staff were attentive, helpful, and professional. Thanks for everything.
