We felt at home here, thanks to the hotel's comfort, cleanliness, and warm atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Mr. Baran, the owner, and the whole team made us feel valued and were always ready to help. Kadir and Muhammed at the bar were especially sincere and cheerful, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. Thanks to everyone for the hospitality. Amazing, in a word! 🌟 We’d gladly come back and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The pool was the best part, and the houses had enough dishes, kitchen appliances, and electrical equipment. Still, we were disappointed, perhaps because management raised our expectations before the holiday. Check-in took two hours because they forgot a promise and made us do something else. The rooms are old, and there’s no insulation, so we slept listening to the wind. Bring toilet paper and napkins, as they don’t provide them. The establishment said salty water comes from the mains throughout Mordoğan. If that’s true, I’d avoid vacationing there, since the water you need for the toilet, brushing your teeth, showering, and other basic things would all be salty. If the issue is specific to this hotel, then Mordoğan itself is beautiful, with its bays and atmosphere. In our case, salty water came from the sinks and clean water felt like a dream. We were three families and stayed five days. We’re grateful to the hotel for reminding us how important clean water is. Management will probably say something like, “You were smiling, but...” We don’t know what they expected us to do, cry or frown? We paid and tried to enjoy ourselves as much as possible. We weren’t satisfied.

We've been coming as a family for years, and have always felt safe and at peace here. It has what we need, including a pool, garden, cafeteria, and the comforts of home all together. The pool is clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The bar is very good for the price, and the products are delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
