Stone House Fethi̇ye

The kids absolutely loved it, especially having movie nights in the cinema with popcorn and good chats in the evenings. It's so comfortable for families with children. Each room is on one level, there are no stairs to fall down, and you can see the pool clearly from every room and get to it right away. The quiet atmosphere is lovely. The villa is spacious and has everything shown in the pictures. The family are there if you need them and make you feel like one of their own. They clean the garden and pool every morning and take away the trash. They've thought of everything and keep making improvements. I recommend it to anyone considering a villa holiday. Thanks to Mehmet and his family. His parents are wonderful people.

The villa is spacious, with two bedrooms, a children’s room, three bathrooms, and a living room with an American-style kitchen. There’s air conditioning in every room, a barbecue in the garden, a cinema corner, comfortable seating, and a big dining table. It sits among olive groves, and the pool and garden are cleaned every morning. The family who runs it are welcoming, and the location is lovely. We’d stay again, and I’ve already recommended it to four families. August is fully booked, so for next year, reserve in April or May. A few things could be improved. The beds creak and aren’t very comfortable, the internet kept dropping, and we had three outages each of water and electricity. This hadn’t happened to the owners before, and perhaps a water tank would help. One of the three umbrellas broke in strong wind and hasn’t been replaced. The reeds along the neighbor’s garden could be tightened and raised. The parking spot gets intense sun, and the car reached 55-60 degrees Celsius, so a shade would help. An automatic sliding door would also make coming and going easier in the Fethiye heat. Thanks again for a great stay.

We came away happy after a really fun, enjoyable holiday. The welcome was warm, and the hosts kept checking in and taking care of us throughout our stay. Everything in the house had been thought through, including what families with babies might need, so we could just pack and go. The pool was cleaned daily, which mattered to us, and we didn’t find anything missing. Thanks so much for all the care.

The hosts were so friendly that it felt like staying in our own home, and we had a wonderful holiday. The pool was cleaned daily, the water was pleasantly warm, and it seemed ideal for little children. We had no issues with cleanliness or anything being unavailable, and there were no water or electricity problems. The garage door is automatic and secure, too. The house is close to everything: once you reach the main road, Çalış Beach is a five-minute drive and Fethiye is 12 minutes away. They’re always making improvements. Thanks to the hosts.
