Our two-day stay in Crystal Continental's Villa rental was frustrating from the start. The villa had none of the basic things we needed, not even cups, forks, spoons, towels, or pots for making coffee. When we asked the company for help, they brushed us off and said renters were expected to bring everything themselves. The lack of consideration and poor service made the stay inconvenient throughout. I can’t recommend this rental after that experience.

Beware if booking through Expedia. I received a confirmation email and tried calling the hotel before arrival to check the reservation, but nobody answered. When I got there, the reception employee said they hadn’t received Expedia’s booking email and that all the villas were full. After calls and back and forth with Expedia, I was moved to another hotel. It took around two hours to find one. The villa employee was cooperative and gave me an internet connection so I could contact Expedia, and I thank him for that. Thanks also to reception for providing internet. If you book online, call the hotel ahead and get its confirmation.

The villas are really good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The view is nice too. There’s no market or restaurant nearby, though, so bring what you need or make sure you have a car.

I’m not sure what else to say, it was the best decision I’ve made.
