Feronia Suites

The good parts of our stay were the location, nature, breakfast, pool temperature, and cleanliness. We were in a Frigg room, and the garden, kitchen utensils, and pool were all nice and adequate. For my birthday, they gave us a discount and left a "Happy Birthday" cake in the room fridge, which was a lovely start. Ms. Tuğba, who served breakfast, was cheerful, sincere, patient with children, and very focused on finding solutions. We want to thank her. Then we had trouble with the shower. Around 11 PM, while bathing our 5-year-old son after the pool, we found the showerhead wasn't working and the upper one had burst, spraying water outside. He started getting cold, so my wife removed the upper showerhead and we washed him quickly and got him out. We waited until morning to raise it so we wouldn't disturb anyone at that hour. The next day, when we told Mr. Abdullah at reception, he showed no interest in customer satisfaction. We said rooms should be checked between guests to catch problems, but he responded by blaming us and asking how they could know we hadn't broken something, and saying every corner was checked. If that were the case, they would have noticed the kitchen faucet was nearly loose, the showerheads didn't work, a bedroom lamp was out, and one of the garden decorative lights was broken. We were blamed again when we explained why we'd waited until morning. Unfortunately, our rating for Mr. Abdullah is zero. If these issues hadn't happened, we might have chosen the place for special occasions in April and May. We hope technical problems decrease and problem-solving improves. Thank you.

We stayed at Luna and felt right at home. It was safe, comfortable, and had a stunning view. I could see coming with family, as a couple, or even alone. The few staff members I met, about 4-5, were warm, friendly, attentive, and quick to help. Breakfast was delicious and the room was clean. If something was missing, they sorted it out right away. The two-story house had a bedroom and wardrobe upstairs, and downstairs a spacious kitchen, bathroom and toilet, a fireplace, comfy armchairs, and a large TV. We watched Yeşilçam movies for two days and had a great time. The pool was clean, warm, and lovely, and we barbecued in the garden for two days. There were two adults and a child in our group, so one of us slept on the sofa, which was so comfortable we didn't need an extra bed. The amenities were all there, and we didn't get that usual bungalow feeling of having to make do for ourselves. For me, that can be a bit of a snarl :)) This was the most memorable bungalow I've stayed in. When it's rainy, you can really feel like you're in Bali. We'll keep this place on our list to return to. We spent two nights here during the week and didn't have anything that made us unhappy. The room decor was lovely, and everything was just right, from the clean room and garden to the pool and fresh breakfast items. The owner, Mr. Önder, was kind and attentive, and clearly cared about guest satisfaction. The establishment was helpful both while we booked and throughout our stay. Ms. Tuğba in the kitchen was cheerful, caring, and patient with children. We'd definitely like to return and will recommend the place to everyone. Goodbye Feronia🌸

Frigg House was warm, clean, and beautifully designed. The atmosphere looked even better in person than in the photos, and every detail inside seemed thoughtfully arranged. My wife and I spent two nights there, over New Year's Eve and the following day. The dinner menu and music for New Year's Eve were wonderful. The next day we ordered food from outside. They gave us a QR code, so what we wanted could be delivered right to the door quickly. It was a great place to relax and unwind. Thanks to Mr. Önder and his family for their hospitality, and to the staff who served dinner on New Year's Eve and breakfast.
