Finymoco

The cats are the only positive thing I can say about this place. We went as two families with two young children, knowing it was a tiny house and not expecting hotel or guesthouse standards. We shouldn't have trusted the fact that all 128 reviews were positive. On a snowy night in January, the electricity went out while we were there with a 5-year-old. We tried to contact the manager but couldn't reach them. We sent messages and got no reply until noon, leaving us freezing through the night. At checkout, they asked, "Why did it go out?" I'm not even getting into the hygiene and other problems. Electricity is the most basic thing you'd expect from a facility, and it was missing from the start in the middle of winter. It's like a joke. If you enjoy being humiliated for your money, go ahead and try it yourself 🤣😀

Our family of four stayed at Finymoco Bungalow from January 19th to 21st, 2026, in its TINYHOUSE concept hotel. Staff stayed attentive to our requests from arrival to departure, and the system worked flawlessly. Every three hours they called to see whether we needed anything, which was a wonderful touch. The pool was warm and very clean, and the house was cleaned excellently. To me, this is a business that really prioritizes hygiene. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast served in the room. I'd read nearly all the reviews before choosing Finymoco Bungalow, and I have no regrets. It deserves the great reviews. I especially want to thank Onur for his attentiveness. I'd highly recommend it to anyone planning a future vacation in Kartepe or Maşukiye, and it will definitely be my next vacation destination.

We've come back to this resort for a second visit with my daughters because it's safe and we had no problems last time. Before we stayed at Tinyhose, but this time we chose the 1+1 apartment, the one they call a village house. The heated pool, jacuzzi, and fireplace were wonderful. We barbecued and roasted chestnuts on the stove, and the breakfast was both tasty and enough. Mr. Onur did everything he could to make our holiday comfortable and enjoyable, and was helpful in every way. We thank him very much. As a family, we recommend the place and hope to stay here safely again.

We came to Finymocoda as two families and stayed for 3 nights. My friend was in a 1+0 tinyhouse, while we had a 2+1 bungalow. The location is right in the center, and Kartepe ski resort was just 15 minutes away. The children never wanted to leave the pool, and there was a lovely stream beside the tinyhouse. Mr. Onur, the manager, helped with everything we needed and sorted out any problems quickly, though we didn't have many. We booked without breakfast, but they offered it to us anyway, which was a wonderful gesture. It's a fantastic place. If you're considering a visit, find Mr. Onur when you arrive so you can get your questions answered.
