Yazicilar Hotel & Restaurant

The only small drawback was the weak phone and Wi-Fi signal nearby. The warmth of everyone at Mersu ALA Hotel more than made up for it. From the moment I arrived, Zahra, her husband, and the staff made me feel like I was being welcomed into a home. They were generous, selfless, and always focused on our comfort, even helping us exchange money when we couldn't find an exchange office. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and it felt like asking family for help. Our room was extremely comfortable, with cold air conditioning that was essential in summer. The floors were spotless and fresh, without carpet, and every detail showed care. I'll be back again and again. This is a place that makes you feel human again.

We were very pleased with our stay. Ms. Zehra and the employees were attentive, and the hotel had a real family atmosphere. My family also visited the SHAAZA boutique downstairs, where they found great products. Definitely stop by!

A perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms, welcoming staff, and outstanding service made this an excellent stay. I'd definitely return. Special thanks to Baker, such a nice guy. The young man Baker is Syrian and helps Arabs a lot 👍

A waterfall runs right through the property, and the views around Mersu Hotel are breathtaking. We were lucky to have two rooms upgraded by the lovely manager, who also had beautiful colonia scents for sale. Bakr, Mohamed, and the rest of the team were so helpful, even bringing us things late at night. The clean, peaceful setting and outdoor coffee area made it feel like a hidden gem in Kartepe. Everyone greeted us with a smile.
