Alley Prime

The staff were friendly and did their best to make our stay memorable. The hotel is well maintained, sits in a perfect location, and has crystal-clear sea. I've travelled all over the world and stayed in many kinds of hotels, including very luxurious ones, and this is definitely among the best. We had a wonderful experience and I'd recommend it to anyone. The main thing to improve is the staff's English. Sometimes it was hard to understand each other. My native language is Russian, and at least two staff members, including Mr. General Manager, spoke it really well. With the others we had to use English, which led to a few funny moments. Once they brought us a Margherita cocktail when we'd clearly asked for pizza Margherita and nothing else.

The view at Alley Prime hotel is stunning, but the food was our favourite part. Breakfast was amazing, and we also enjoyed the lunch and dinner we had there one day. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond for us. We really appreciate it and would highly recommend Alley Prime.

The room views were breathtaking, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully done. We also really enjoyed the hotel's restaurant, private beach, and pool. The pool almost feels like the hotel's signature feature. From check-in to leaving, everything about my weekend at Alley Prime Hotel was beyond what I expected. The staff's warm welcome, genuine smiles, and thoughtful service made the stay memorable. Thank you for everything!

Tuba, the manager, was one of the best parts of our stay. She was friendly, answered messages within minutes, and handled every request, even bug spray for dinner outside and a quick laundry turnaround. She made us feel at home. The hotel is small and personal, so the staff seem to know you, and everyone was helpful and friendly. The room had lovely design and quality equipment, and breakfast offered a wide range of options. The location, views, service, food, and amenities were all top tier, with thoughtful little touches throughout. Even the taxi drivers told us how great Alley Prime is.
