Ases Villa (Sarıca Pansiyon)

A peaceful spot surrounded by nature, and a lovely base for both relaxing and exploring Kaş. The villa makes for a comfortable, luxurious stay in Kaş's beautiful surroundings. I'd recommend it if you're looking to make some great holiday memories.

The view was fantastic, and it was easy to reach Kaş center, about 15 minutes by car. The roads are in great shape, and minibuses also pass hourly. For shopping, there's no need to go into town, since the village entrance has a butcher, greengrocer, and bakery. It's unusual to find somewhere so near the center yet away from its noise and crowds. Mr. Mustafa was warm and attentive, and the house was carefully designed down to the smallest details. Above all, it was exceptionally clean. Thank you again to the team.

We spent 15 days here as four people, and the house was even more enjoyable in person than in the photos. It was beautifully designed, very high quality, and had everything we could need. The garden entrance is stylish too, with a stone barbecue beside the wooden table that lets you cook without smoke or smells. There's also stained glass in the house, which I loved, fingers crossed it stays safe 🌻 The pool cleans itself automatically, and while you can enjoy the magnificent view from morning to night, nobody can see you during your stay. Little touches throughout the house show how much thought has gone into it. We felt we could stay here with our eyes closed. What really stood out was Mr. Mustafa and his wife. I've stayed in plenty of places at home and abroad, but I've never met hosts like them: understanding, trustworthy, respectful, quick to help, and so kind. One evening, his wife noticed us and kindly suggested we take the blankets from under the beds because the nights were getting cold. Another day I messaged Mr. Mustafa to suggest a couple of small hanging drying racks for two rooms. If I remember right, two had arrived at the door the next day. They were so useful for towels and swimsuits, and I was touched by how thoughtful he was. You can have troublesome days on a trip and then leave, but these two are wonderful people. We were very satisfied with this villa. It's a relaxing place with green views, around 15 minutes by car from Kaş center. Migros and a petrol station are only five minutes away by car, and you can easily get things delivered. Inside, there's a shared American-style kitchen and two bedrooms, with a roomy garden terrace outside. Mr. Mustafa kept calling to check in and see what we needed. The villa was clean. The only drawback for us was the pool, which is very small, around two strokes across and really only good for cooling off.
