The low price is the only real advantage here, and even at that price you can find a better apartment. This is the cheapest of their apartment options, including Nove apart. and the others. The apartment was dirty. The bathroom and shower hadn't been cleaned properly, there were marks on the toilet flush button and glass, and the drain smelled awful. The washing machine was rusty and clearly hadn't been cleaned. The kettle was dirty inside, and for a place meant for four people we had just one mug and a couple of glasses. The sheets smelled of sweat and were filthy, so we had to change them three times. They might have had stains too. You can pay an extra 400tl for cleaning, but the cleaner won't do much unless you tell her what needs doing. If you don't speak Turkish, that could be difficult. The administration is down the street at Neva Apartments, not in this building, so you have to go there with requests about Wi-Fi, cleaning or sheets. It's uncomfortable, especially since they don't really respond on messaging apps. I get the impression they don't care much about these apartments anymore, perhaps because they have a couple of newer ones. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The photos give a very misleading impression. The place is old and worn, and the whole room stank of cigarette smoke. There were stains on the couches, and the bedding and towels seemed not to have been washed for a long time. The rooms were filthy. Avoid it.

The cleaner spilled water all over the stairs while we were out. There was no wet floor sign, and when I came back I slipped and hurt my back. It was impossible to use the stairs safely. Earlier, mops and a carpet came flying at us as the cleaner rolled them down to our floor, and one person was hit on the arm. This is a danger to people's lives. We were on the first floor, where a dog also lives. We told them we have an allergy, but nobody helped, so we couldn't use our own terrace. The apartment was very dirty, with blood left on the floor from previous guests, filthy towels and a broken shower. The client service ignored our requests. We absolutely do not recommend these apartments. The worst experience ever, it ruined our holiday.

We rented this nice apartment. Everything was good.
