Ekici Hotel

i stayed for 3 nights, and the service was pretty poor. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and most of the staff weren't cooperative. One staff member was the exception.

The location and rooms were lovely. It was about a five-minute walk downhill to the beach, and the property had a very good pool. My room was great, with nearly full-height windows on both sides, a big balcony, and a spacious, good bathroom. The view over the Kas beach and nearby hotels was superb. Communication needs work. The hotel says it has English speakers, but that wasn't my experience, and it was hard to explain what I needed or get useful tourist advice. Breakfast was basic, nothing special. The AC didn't work at first, and the drawers hadn't been cleaned properly. When I called, I learned the room phone didn't work either, so I had to go downstairs to report it. They fixed the AC, and the staff member gave me his WhatsApp number for any complaints. The rooms should be better prepared before guests arrive.

I didn't stay at this hotel, but I saw its startling blue banner and how it spoils a beautiful mountain view. I attached a photo of the view from the balcony looking toward it. It's the only thing here that clashes with the Kas style. I hope the administration does something about it.

The rooms, breakfast and everything else were good, but the Wi-Fi was so bad it was practically nonexistent. Some rooms couldn't connect at all, and the internet was unusable everywhere I tried, whether upstairs, in the lobby or by the pool.
