The family running the place were very friendly and kind, and tried to help and accommodate us. The salt water pool was wonderful for relaxing after a dip in the sea, and the port is close by, great for sunset watching. The small pebble beach is right across from the hotel, restaurants are 1-2 minutes away, and the old town center is three minutes away. Even with all that nearby, the hotel is away from the noise. Perfect for exploring Kas. Highly recommend!

September 2021 update: this was our fourth visit, and after a week it was hard to leave. I don't feel like a client anymore, just someone visiting a close relative who appreciates and enjoys having us there. It's a shame you can only rate it once. This beautiful family-operated hotel is extremely clean, with top-notch customer service. Don't hesitate to ask for anything, the owners and staff are very helpful and make sure you have a great vacation. It's perfectly placed for the attractions and probably has the largest parking spots in Kaş. The accommodation cost is extremely competitive for the service. And the breakfast options are unreal, with tons of fresh, organic, homemade food. Vegan and whole food plant-based guests have a wide selection too. This was our third time staying here.

Ayse and the team do an amazing job treating guests to a delicious breakfast. The views are amazing, the location couldn't be better, and the Turkish hospitality is at its best. Great value for your money. Highly recommended!

We spent a couple of days at Koza hotel in June. The owner and employees gave us wonderful attention from the start. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and great service. :)

The small pool is a lovely place to enjoy sunset, with green and pink flowers in view. The place feels family-run, peaceful, and warm. It's clean and very close to the center and beaches.
