The evenings here were so peaceful, with dinners on the open terraces and just the sound of waves at night. We loved the quiet setting away from the town center, and the kids especially enjoyed the lovely, fairly large pool. The villa itself is bright, cozy, and Italian-style, with several rooms, beds and sofas, plus a kitchen stocked with everything we needed. From the house, the sea, boats, little islands, and Greek island of Meis are right there across the water, almost close enough to touch. The owner was easy to reach and helped with arrival questions and tips for Kas and the area. We were so happy we picked this place for our October 2025 holiday. The only trouble is how quickly the days fly by. Thanks to the kind hosts, we’ll come back next season and stay a couple of weeks.

The big balcony became our favorite place to watch the sunrise with Turkish coffee, looking out at the sea and lemon-heavy trees. The house also worked well for remote work, with steady internet, and cooking was easy thanks to the full kitchen, oven, stovetop, and dishwasher. We stayed in December 2025, and despite friends warning us about “cold Turkey,” it was warm and comfortable enough for light jackets. It rained for a couple of days, but we still had plenty to enjoy at the villa. The three-story home is spacious, cozy, and set up well for a family with a child. The location was convenient enough that we could have brought our second child too 😊. It sits on a peninsula with stunning sea views and a breathtaking look toward the Greek island. The hosts were a lovely, responsive couple. They helped us check in and gave detailed advice on groceries, car rental, and things to see nearby. A special thank you for that 🫶. We’d gladly come back for a longer stay and recommend the villa.

A path from the grounds goes straight down to the sea, and there are several terraces and a lovely ground-floor barbecue area for relaxing. The pool is beautiful too. Set on the peninsula, the villa has gorgeous views of Kastellorizo and a really cozy, atmospheric feel.
