The terrace view made a great spot to work remotely, and the Wi-Fi was usable at around 10-20 Mbps, with a few very brief dropouts during our week. Our room also had a south-facing balcony overlooking the sea, which was just what we wanted for sun and water. There’s a public rocky beach almost across the road, with a ladder for getting in safely and a few flat places to lie down. The one-way street stayed fairly quiet. It got busier after sunset as people walked back from the amphitheater, less than five minutes away. The owner was very laid-back and gave us a nice introduction to the town’s relaxed feel. We had a wonderful week here, with lovely people and a great location.

We had breakfast upstairs in the rooftop seating area, with lovely views of Kastellorizo and the Turkish coastline. The owner and his wife make the food from scratch in their kitchen, and it was amazing. The bedrooms are small, but clean and perfectly serviceable.

The rooms are small, and the beds could be more comfortable. Still, for the money, I think this is the best quality you’ll find in Kaş. Breakfast, its setting, and the service were VERY good, and the new staff were extremely friendly and keen to help.

For 25 tl, breakfast was a good self-serve Turkish buffet, and I thought the price was fair given the location. The room was spacious and very clean, with air conditioning, a fridge, an ensuite bathroom, and good Wi-Fi. Water access is right across the street, just a minute away.
