Kasinn Kirmizi Apart

The manager downstairs was incredibly friendly and ready to help with any request. The apartment itself had everything we needed, with lots of storage, AC in every room that ran quietly, a washing machine and even a dishwasher. You can also arrange drinking water delivery to your door if you don't drink tap water. We had lovely views from both the window and balcony, and the location was ideal: no steep uphill walk, no loud surroundings, and a supermarket, pharmacy, cafés and restaurants about a minute away on foot. We've stayed in several places in Kaş, and this has been our favorite. It felt like home, and we can't wait to come back for a longer stay.

We've visited Kas three times, and this was the first time we were completely happy with our apartment. It was nearly three months before visa rules meant we had to leave, and we would have stayed longer otherwise. The place is close to the center, has good appliances, AC in every room, a dishwasher, and everything else we needed. The internet was excellent, which mattered since we were working remotely. The owner met us late at night, showed us around, answered our questions, and was helpful throughout. We'd definitely stay here again.

Ayten deserves a special thank you 🥰. I've stayed in several places in Kas, but Kasinn Apart is the one place I'd want to return to. My family and I have stayed here twice. It's near downtown restaurants and bars, yet set far enough away that we could sleep without the noise. The view is spectacular too.

The most important part of staying here was having Ayten as our host. She's warm, kind, welcoming, and lovely to talk with. We already miss the place and hope to return. We spent six fantastic months here. The apartment is right in the center of Kaş, with shops, restaurants, and Mama Africa, which has the best coffee in Kaş, only a few minutes' walk away. It had everything we needed, including kitchenware, a dishwasher, a washing machine, soundproof walls, and a great view. Ours faced the street on the sunny side, which was perfect in winter, with a flowering plant in view.
