The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy, and there’s a fridge in each room. I found the beds comfortable, though the pillows weren’t really. Staff were nice, spoke English, and check-in and checkout were easy. Breakfast was okay, with a nice view while eating. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from Kas center, and beaches are 20-30 minutes away on foot. Grocery shops are around the corner or along the way to the marina.

The rooftop space is great, and the staff are helpful. It’s a nice, basic hotel, though there’s nowhere to make tea or coffee in the room or in a shared area.

The location is what makes this place work so well, even if it may not have the best view in Kaş. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home.

A short walk gets you to everything in the center, with markets and an ATM nearby. Even in a busy, compact city, we slept quietly. The owners are very nice, and the staff will help with bags since there’s no elevator. Laundry can be done within a day. Breakfast is served on a balcony overlooking the sea. It’s a simple, nice hotel.

I had a poor stay. The staff lost my laundry, wouldn’t take responsibility, and I could hear them laughing about it. The room wasn’t close to three-star quality, and the breakfast was poor. Noise was a constant problem: I could hear the corridors, neighboring rooms, and the street. The hotel sits at the top of a hill and isn’t central, though that’s relative since the town is tiny. Overall, it felt like a rip-off.
