The staff made check-in easy and were friendly and professional throughout. My room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the hotel stayed quiet enough to relax. I had a very good stay, and everything was as I expected.

I spent hours unwinding by the large, clean pool, which looks out over the sea. The private beach was clean and uncrowded, with sunbeds and canopy beds where I could sit in the shade and listen to the waves. The sea views were lovely from my room, the pool, and the breakfast area, and I watched the sunset from my balcony each evening. My room was spacious, bright, and very clean, with big windows. Breakfast changed each day and had plenty of fresh choices, including options for vegetarian and gluten-free diets. The hotel also serves snacks, drinks, lunch, and dinner, with fresh, well-prepared food at reasonable prices. They can bring food to the beach, too, so eating there was easy. The staff were warm, helpful, and always smiling, which made me feel welcome. The setting is peaceful while still being close to what you need, and there’s free parking on a private street for guests. I had such a relaxing stay and would gladly come back. It felt like home, and I’d recommend it to families, couples, or solo travelers.

In the first week of October, it was windy and rainy, so we couldn't use the pool or hotel beach. The hotel is very exposed to the wind, and we ended up going to other beaches in the center each day. Getting there on foot is difficult because it's a long way, and there isn't a supermarket nearby. With weather like that, there wasn't any entertainment at the hotel either. The bed setup was uncomfortable. We had asked for two single beds but got one double and one single, and the single bed was awful. The toilet smelled bad after it rained, the closet door was in poor shape, and there was no room phone for emergencies. I wouldn't recommend staying here for more than two days.

The place is beautiful and the people were really nice, though the hotel is a bit far from the center. We had a few issues: no telephone in the room to call reception, a problem with the toilet door, and sheets that weren't very clean. I couldn't swim because the sea was so deep and wavy, but it was still really beautiful.

The natural setting and beach are lovely, and the sunbeds were comfortable. We picked this place because it was beautiful and everything else nearby was booked, but at €200 a night the stay was very disappointing. Our room felt old and poorly kept. The bathroom had no ventilation, and after a shower the water didn't drain properly, leaving a bad smell all night. The furniture was dated and squeaky. Mosquitoes were a problem at night, with no window nets. Cleaning only happened when requested. Service was poor. Staff spoke very little English, the receptionist seemed overwhelmed handling guests alone, and the overall attitude disappointed me, 2 out of 5. They acted as if working there was a favor to us. The staff should be kind, but you won't get a good attitude from her 🥲 Breakfast was basic and not very varied, 3/5 at best. Türkiye has lots of good, tasty products, but they serve the cheapest ones. Even tea and Turkish coffee outside breakfast cost extra, which feels absurd at this price. It's not about the money, it says something about the management's lack of hospitality. The beach food was overpriced and tasteless. The burger was 500 tl 🙄🙊, so crazy, and definitely not worth it. Better go to Zaika for excellent kebab in the evening. Poor service, basic food, and outdated rooms don't match the price. I'd wait for space at neighboring hotels with better standards. Update, in response to the manager: the only drinks I said were charged were tea and Turkish coffee. Charging guests for those is shameful. We brought nothing to the beach except vitamin water for a pregnant woman. We put all our drinks in the fridge and paid for them, but your English knowledge didn't let the receptionist understand that. Or can't I eat my food and drink my beverage in the room? What is the fridge for? We booked rooms for 8 people and had 4 sunbeds. What's wrong with that? Before, we had 2 sunbeds. Couldn't we stay at the beach all day, or did we have to pay for that too? Everyone can draw their own conclusions about the hotel's staff attitude. There was no apology about the hygiene and cleanliness in the rooms, and not even a kind word before we left. Are those also the receptionist's responsibilities?
