A small, lovely hotel near the town centre, looking out over the sea. The rooms were immaculate, many with beautiful views, and a kind, charming family runs the place. Breakfast was a fabulous buffet. Completely charming.

The sea view was lovely, but what made this boutique hotel feel like staying with a local Turkish family was the way they treated us. They gave us fresh apples from their garden, helped arrange an airport shuttle, and served a wonderful hot breakfast. It’s just steps from the beach and Old Town. The hotel cat is cute too :)

The location is handy, close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, and the supermarket, but away from the noise. We found the hotel exceptionally clean, with bright, spacious rooms and everything we needed for a reasonable price. The older woman who owns it runs it with her two daughters, and the owners sit with the workers at breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. A few new dishes appear at breakfast each morning, and there are homemade baked cakes available all day. We highly recommend this women-run hotel.

The staff were caring and kind, the food was great, and the location was just right. Definitely stay here when visiting kas.

Our touring group had a great stay at this family hotel in Kas. They opened out of season and went out of their way to welcome us. The rooms were bright and spacious, and breakfast was included. The talented family cooks made fresh snacks at reception too, and the hot breakfast dishes included some interesting regional flavours alongside the usual choices. They also did our laundry for a very reasonable price. It’s well placed for exploring town and close to the harbour. We highly recommend the hotel and its lovely family hosts.
