Likya Apart Kas

The apartment was bright, spotless, and pleasantly cool inside, with a wonderful view. The owner and his family were so welcoming. We had a really nice stay.

We arrived with my wife at 8:20 pm, a little later than planned. They called to check that we were okay and hadn’t had any trouble on the way, and the welcome was lovely. The rooms were spotless, and I’d like to congratulate the woman who cleaned them. Truly immaculate. The furniture, appliances, and interior design all felt carefully considered. We brought kitchen things for nothing, everything we needed was already there. Many thanks to Ömer Bey and his team. Kaş is beautiful, and I’d book Likya Apart Kaş without hesitation. No problems at all.

We arrived very late at night because of work, and the owner kept in touch with us. We stayed in an attic room in June, and I was comfortable there even though I’m very particular about cleanliness. The bathroom, kitchen, drawers, fridge and oven were all spotless. Detergent for dishes and laundry, plus dishwasher capsules, were provided. The owner was kind and attentive, and every detail seemed covered. It’s the cleanest apart-hotel I’ve stayed in. Kaş center is a 3-4 minute drive away, with Migros, A101 and Şok nearby. Parking was never a problem, and most nearby beaches are easy to reach by car. There’s a large park across the road with basketball and tennis courts and play areas for kids. It looked newly built, and I’d especially recommend it to families. We heard no noise and found the area peaceful. I didn’t see flies or ants in the attic room, and there were fly screens. But I have a phobia of insects, and I did see large black bees, or maybe cicadas, flying around the balcony a few times, possibly because they had nests nearby. I couldn’t spend much time out there. This may just be an issue with the attic rooms. The attic also has roof windows. I work in IT and pay attention to privacy, so I noticed a drone passing over the roof once or twice. If those devices were recording, that would be illegal and a privacy violation, though this concerns the surrounding area, not the hotel. Thanks to the team at Kaş Likya Apart for a lovely holiday. I hope we can come back.

Everything was 10/10 for me. The rooms are high quality and absolutely spotless, and they’ve thought of everything you might need. Definitely recommend it if you’re staying in Kaş. Thanks for everything, Mr. Ömer 🙏
