The location is amazing, the price is affordable, and the room was clean. The staff are friendly too. I recommend staying here.

I moved to LuviKas from another hotel because I wanted a larger room with a balcony, somewhere central but not noisy. I got more than I expected. The room was spacious enough for two, clean, tastefully furnished, and pleasant to spend time in. It looked onto the garden from a little off to the side. I think I'd have been less happy with a street view. The bathroom was huge! I was cautious after seeing negative comments about breakfast, but I loved the generous Turkish breakfast. They bring out dozens of different dishes, and I never managed to finish them all. I also really appreciated Irem, who had a nice chat with me and checked me in early. LuviKas calls itself an eco-hotel and doesn't clean rooms unless you ask. That works great for me, since I don't make enough of a mess to need daily cleaning. I definitely want to return to Kas and stay in the same room.

We had a great holiday at Luvikas. It's modern and comfortable, with the town centre just a few minutes' walk away. The owner and staff were all friendly and helpful, and breakfast was plentiful. I recommend the hotel without any negative points.

We booked two rooms for four nights and spent over €1000. We left regretting the stay. The room my parents used had mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the owner treated us in a way I found rude and completely unprofessional. When I asked for a knife and plate to take to our room, she told me, quite shockingly, that snacks weren't allowed in the rooms. She yelled at my husband and me before they eventually made an exception and gave us the plate and knife. We were also told not to put food in the fridge. It felt absurd, especially since room service is a basic offering at many hotels. Her condescending attitude made us feel like a burden instead of paying guests. Breakfast service was painfully slow. Even milk wasn't provided unless you specifically asked. The breakfast set for two came with one small piece of butter, so we had to ask for more and then wait so long that I wondered if they did it intentionally to discourage extra requests. Fresh orange juice and sausages cost extra. The omelette or scrambled eggs was just one egg per person, a ridiculously small portion. I've never seen servings so meager at another hotel.
