Mavi Kiyi Suites

The sea view was amazing, and the location was good. We stayed in October and got such a warm welcome from the lovely hosts. They treated us to delicious cakes, and Mrs Canan even made a cardigan by hand for our baby. The room felt clean and fresh. Bar music was fine with the windows shut. Our Wi-Fi dropped a few times, but whenever we asked, it was fixed quickly. We’ll keep warm memories of this place.

The flats are okay, but even a small request from guests seems to be treated as a nuisance. It felt like the aim was to take the money and leave us to manage on our own, with little or no help. The host's instructions were that we handle our own rubbish, and there was no offer to clean the room every few days. If you call it an “Appart-hotel” on the front door, I’d expect those things to be offered. The maid was very nice, as was the male owner.

The rooms were beautifully clean, and the housekeeping was really good. Everything felt thoughtfully decorated, from the carpets and dinnerware to the little details, with lovely views over Kas and the sea. We felt at home from the first few minutes, thanks to the comfort and especially dear Canan. It had the warmth of visiting an aunt with a bit of magic in her home. A quiet, calm place that seems especially suited to people who like things neat and clean. Thank you for everything, we can’t wait to come back.

We’re a couple from Bulgaria and stayed at Mavi Kıyı Suites for three days. The suite was very new and clean, and the owners were so friendly. Thanks, we’ll visit again!
