Neva Boutique Hotel

Breakfast on the roof came with lovely views over the city and sea. At first the spread looked small, then more dishes kept appearing, including homemade doughnuts we hadn’t come across elsewhere on our travels. It was blustery that morning, but they kept bringing us hot tea and coffee. Our room’s balcony looked over an orange tree in blossom, and the scent was heavenly. The room had all the basics, with water, a kettle, and lots of counter and storage space. Everything was exceptionally clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location made it easy to get everywhere. Thanks for such a memorable, enjoyable stay. Love to our four-legged hosts Hamit, Samit, and the new arrival! 😻💕

I’ve stayed in many hotels during my trips to Turkey, and this was the worst experience I’ve had. I booked Neva Hotel Kas on 30 July for a November trip and paid for the “Flexible (Esnek İptal)” option so I could cancel if necessary. Just a minute later, I noticed my mistake and tried to cancel, but the website offered no way to change or cancel the booking. The email address on the site bounced as invalid, and nobody replied on WhatsApp. When I finally called, the staff member was incredibly rude. First he said there was no reservation in my name, then he said “no cancel” and hung up. The hotel advertises flexible cancellation but refused to honor it, and the customer service was terrible. If you’re thinking about Neva Hotel, be careful: the “flexible” booking may not be flexible, and you might be ignored or treated rudely if you need help. We could get around quickly on foot from this very central hotel, which has a small private parking area, and the rooms seemed well isolated. Breakfast was good, and the rooftop view was great. The less pleasant parts were the reception staff, who seemed unmotivated and not very kind or interested in guests, and the bathroom, which wasn’t fully clean when we arrived. There was hair and open shampoo bottles in the drawer.

The people working here were the best, and the service was impeccable. I loved the rooftop breakfast and its great view. Right in the Center of Kas, with new, very clean rooms. This is the greatest hotel I’ve stayed in Kas.
