The room layout is a nice idea, a bit like Maldives villas, but we felt there was no value placed on us as clients. We often visit Kaş and usually rent whole villas. This was our first hotel stay because we wanted to avoid dealing with cleaning and food, and it turned into a disappointing experience. At check-in, we were given a different room from the one I booked on Booking.com. I had chosen a ground-floor room because of my kids, based on the photos, but they put us upstairs in a terrace room that wasn’t even available on Booking.com. I explained to the receptionist that I wanted a ground-floor room, not a particular view, since ground-floor rooms were available with sea or mountain views. She kept insisting I had booked a “mountain view” room, ignored what I was saying, and said there were no other options. Her manner was very cold and unfriendly. I asked for the manager, and he sorted it out in two minutes. We got a ground-floor room, though it had no view, just another block in front. I later learned the terrace room was more expensive and had more features. They acted as if changing rooms was a favor, when I only wanted the room I had booked. The room we ended up in was in terrible shape. The floors were dirty, the furniture stained, and nothing seemed properly clean. We asked them to change all the sheets and pillows and clean the floors, bathroom, and filthy kitchen chairs. They changed sheets on only one side, so we did most of the cleaning ourselves with Sleepy napkins. We lost around two hours just making the place livable. On our first shower, the drain was clogged and water overflowed into the bedroom. No one came to clean the next day. We called reception more than five times. The final explanation was something like, “Sir, since you checked in during the afternoon, your cleaning will also be in the afternoon,” as if that were their 24-hour cleaning policy. The receptionist said someone would come, but nobody did. We had run out of toilet paper and towels, the trash was overflowing, and the previous day's leftover food was still there, so I went out and found a cleaner myself. During our whole two-night, three-day stay, nobody cleaned the pool either. Reception staff were awful, rude and unwelcoming, and seemed completely untrained. The room was dirtier than many one-star hotels. This is honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We’ve traveled all over the world, and this place deserves an award for being the worst.

The kitchen and restaurant staff were really friendly, but dealing with the front desk was awful. They struggled to understand English or our requests, even with a Translator app, then just stared blankly and said “ok, ok.” Housekeeping also came into our room despite the do not disturb sign, rolled up our wet towels, and left them by the bed.

The receptionist who was working on August 20 from 10 to 14 didn’t seem interested in helping us and just made a dissatisfied face. Honestly, I could hardly believe it when we noticed it was gone. Then we checked the Google reviews and found at least one other mention of stealing at this hotel. After the hotel’s reply: No, your receptionist did not offer to call the police. She rolled her eyes and ended the conversation. The receptionist is a liar, and so is the person replying here. Never again. Awful place.

We loved the stone houses, especially how naturally cool they stayed in August without the air conditioner. My little daughter also had a great time driving around in the buggy vehicles. The staff were friendly, and you could tell they were making an effort for guests. The bathroom marble and hamam detail were a pleasure, too. A very high quality, luxurious hotel, with a lovely pool overlooking the islands for a quiet family holiday. We definitely recommend it.
