Santosa Pension is a small, intimate place with just a handful of rooms, all kept very clean and comfortable. It’s quiet and peaceful, a nice spot to unwind after exploring. The owners give it a personal feel and go out of their way to help, whether with local sightseeing suggestions or a delicious home-cooked breakfast. From the moment you arrive, the warm welcome makes you feel more like a visiting friend than a guest. It’s a family-run place with the kind of warmth and genuine hospitality that larger hotels can’t match. If you’re after a luxurious resort, this probably isn’t for you. But for a quiet, friendly, authentic stay with a personal touch, it’s a great choice. You can relax, feel at home, and enjoy a tranquil getaway.

I had a peaceful night in a tidy room, and the hosts welcomed me warmly. The pension is very close to the center. I spent one night and would stay again if I come to KAS. I can only recommend it.

The location is excellent, just three minutes from the square and the harbor. It’s easy to shop, drop things off at the hotel, then pick up where you left off. Kaş is also very affordable for eating out, and there are lovely, clean municipal public beaches. This is a small family-run place with very friendly, helpful owners. The design is simple, but the cleanliness is absolutely excellent and breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend it.

Parking in Kaş can be tricky, but the owner saved us a spot right in front of the hotel. We stayed just one night before taking the morning ferry to Kastellorizo, and they even set out the breakfast buffet early for us. It was excellent, with local ingredients. The hosts were very helpful, and our room was clean, quiet, and basic.
